Tony is a Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. As the principal Psychologist, Tony established Starlight Psychology in 2009 to provide solution-focused approaches in both corporate and private sectors. Tony combines his formal training in clinical psychology and practical application of his skills in organisational psychology to work collaboratively with his clients to explore their core challenges and develop treatment goals that are productive and sustainable.
Tony administers psychometric assessments that measure specific domains including PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, ADHD, learning abilities or learning difficulties, IQ, or insights into personality, attitude and aptitude.

Christie is a registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She has over 20 years’ experience and has worked in a variety of settings. Most recently her focus has been on working with teenagers in both a school setting and in private practice. Christie also works with adults to assist in addressing mental health concerns and improve overall wellbeing. Ayman is focused on helping his clients to build resilience and reach their full potential, working from a person-centred approach, which means that each client is highly involved in the development of their individual intervention and goals. Psychologist
Patricia is a registered Psychologist with AHPRA and a member with the Australian Psychology Society (MAPS). She has over 20 years' experience and previously worked with adolescents who presented with anxiety, depression and psychosis in a Transcultural Mental Centre. Patricia has facilitated the Triple P Parenting Program within the Western Sydney area to provide support to parents and their young children.
Currently Patricia is working with Starlight Psychology and in both primary and secondary school settings to providing counselling and support to students from kindergarten to year 12 with a focus on developing their resilience, managing stress and anxiety, communication skills, regulating their emotions, friendship skills, conflict resolution skills, social skills, building their confidence and self-esteem. She has a collaborative approach with teaching staff and parents regarding student's learning and emotional wellbeing through developing support plans, risk assessments and safety plans and administering psychometric assessments to identify learning difficulties and individual personalised plans.

Karen is a qualified Counsellor and provisional Psychologist registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Karen has an easy-going and caring nature and believes in helping clients to develop short-term and long-term strategies to enable constructive changes for a more fulfilled and meaningful life through developing better insights, self-awareness and self-confidence.
Karen is particularly passionate about helping people who are facing challenges or difficulties with self-esteem, anxiety, relationships, life goals and stress in their work and personal lives. She immensely enjoys working with clients collaboratively in a non-judgemental and respectful way that empowers clients to achieve their own desired outcomes.

Karen is currently completing her final year, provisional training in psychology under the direct supervision of our Principal Psychologist Tony Georginis. Racquel is a Counsellor and Executive Coach. She holds a Masters degree in Counselling and a Masters degree in Coaching Psychology. Racquel’s approach is to collaborate with her clients, to journey together as they improve their mental health, build resilience and wellbeing, and achieve their goals. Racquel works with individuals and couples (young adult and above), in particular those who are experiencing life transitions such as: teenagers approaching adulthood through HSC or university entrance, relationships and marriage, parenthood, divorce, redundancy, retirement and moving into aged care. Racquel works with her clients through focused evidence-based modalities such as Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Strengths-based and Positive Psychology.
Dianna has formal tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management with over 20 years experience in client service, HR, recruitment, and management role within the health industry, customer contact centres and telecommunications.
With her understanding of contemporary HR and Practice Management, Dianna is equipped to assist our clients in providing support to our team and clients. Dianna is passionate and dedicated to delivering effective strategies and quality services. Dianna’s strong work ethics, empathetic approach and collaborative attitude have gained much respect from her clients and peers. She is motivated to achieve desired outcomes with a diverse range of people. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
