Founder / Principal Psychologist
Tony is a Registered Psychologist and Approved Supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia, as well as a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS). As the Principal Psychologist at Starlight Psychology, which he founded in 2009, Tony provides solution-focused psychological services tailored for both corporate and private clients.
With a unique blend of clinical and organisational psychology expertise, Tony works collaboratively with clients to identify challenges and develop practical, sustainable strategies. He is particularly experienced in Worker’s Compensation claims, PTSD, and chronic pain management, helping individuals build coping mechanisms and improve overall well-being.
For corporate clients, Tony offers leadership coaching, workplace mental health support, and psychometric assessments to enhance organisational effectiveness and employee resilience. In private practice, he supports individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma recovery.

Patricia is a Registered Psychologist with AHPRA and a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS). With over 20 years of experience, she is dedicated to supporting children, teenagers, and adults in navigating life’s challenges.
Patricia previously worked in a Transcultural Mental Health Centre, providing support to adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, and psychosis. She has also facilitated the Triple P Parenting Program in Western Sydney, equipping parents with strategies to support their young children’s emotional and behavioural development.
Currently, Patricia works with Starlight Psychology and in primary and secondary school settings, offering counselling and support to students from kindergarten to Year 12. She focuses on helping children and adolescents develop resilience, manage stress and anxiety, regulate emotions, build confidence and self-esteem, and improve social and communication skills. She collaborates closely with teaching staff and parents to enhance students' learning and emotional well-being through individual support plans, risk assessments, safety plans, and psychometric assessments (IQ and development) to identify learning difficulties and create personalised intervention plans.
